Crypto Incognito is a web service which serves cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin) UTXO databases with full anonymous clients' access. You can build your own "privacy-preserving" wallet and/or blockchain explorer by using our service.

We utilize Private Information Retrieval (PIR) as our core technology. PIR is a protocol that allows clients to access the database in a server without revealing any information about their queries.

Queries sent to our servers are just an array of EC-ElGamal ciphertexts of which our servers do not know the private key. The security is guranteed as difficult as breaking an EC-ElGamal encryption, which relies on the hardness of solving an elliptic curve Diffie-Hellman problem (EC-DH) that hardness is also assumed in the recent version of the SSL/TLS encryption.
